About me
Therapy at its best can be panoramic and transformational. I work with those in deep need or those who want to explore and ideate from mind and spirit.
You will find me to be present, authentic, collaborative and warm.
The aim is always some form of wholeness, incrementally and over time.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Find the courage to dive in. You have an innate desire to thrive and grow. Change is possible.
Fragrant bouquets are composed of many different flowers. I work with a diversity of clients across ethnicity, gender identities and sexual orientation. I am a second-generation British Indian. I carry both Eastern and Western traditions in me.
Whatever presents in session is what drives the work: overwhelm, depression, relationships, anger, grief, loss, fear, regret, shame, truth.
I hold an MBACP qualification and have specialised in: addiction, eating disorders, working with suicide, trauma and anger management, as well as male identity issues.
There are moments in life when it is vital to let light in. You are a unique sentient being. Our common humanity is powerful. This is central to the therapeutic relationship, and relationships generally – with self and with others.
Clinical Approach
I have trained in multiple modalities. All of these weave together integratively, founded on psychodynamic principles and a transpersonal inclination.
Most valued of all is the therapeutic relationship. Healing comes from growth, growth from change, and change from trust.
