About me
Laura has a BSc (Hons) degree in integrative counselling and psychotherapy and is a pre-accredited member of IACP (M15599). Laura believes that as unique human beings there is a need to receive support that reflects the clients’ individual preferences and needs. Laura will work closely with you to explore your experiences, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that are affecting your life negatively. Through counselling you are given the security and safety to explore and understand these, so that they may be healed and transformed.
Laura has experience working with an array of presenting issues such as grief & loss, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, gender dysphoria, depression, trauma and relationship counselling for couples.
