Clinical Approach
In my practice, I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. I work collaboratively with you to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your experiences and work toward healing. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps you understand and heal the different parts of yourself that may have been affected by trauma. I also incorporate Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and ground yourself in the present moment. These approaches are designed to help you gain insight, build resilience, and regain a sense of control over your life. I tailor our work to meet your needs and goals, helping you heal at a pace that feels right for you.
