I have deep personal experience, complex situations from my childhood and teenage time, some experiences very painful and difficult to heal. That brought me to the therapy world to help others walk through that dark path, find hope and light, and, mainly, to re-find themselves. My approach is to walk next to the person to help find their strengths until they can find their way. Gestalt Therapy also called the therapy of the here and now, is a practical, integrative therapeutic approach, “let’s put in action”. Gestalt therapy helps people to focus on their immediate thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, better understand how they relate to others, and be more aware of themselves. This increased awareness can help people to find a new perspective, see the bigger picture and start to effect changes.
