About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist (MSc.) passionate about providing mental health support and have specialized in trauma-related disorders. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (MSc.) and ongoing education in psychotherapy, I have built a strong theoretical foundation and practical skills in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, schema therapy, and intercultural grief work.
In my sessions, I aim to build a trusting relationship in which you feel comfortable and can open up. I will listen to your current situation, your difficulties, possible clinical symptoms, and your goals. In the long term, I would like to support you in identifying and resolving unfavorable behavioral patterns to reduce symptoms, improve relationships, and understand yourself better.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with diverse populations, including unaccompanied minor refugees and victims of sexual violence. I am skilled in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
As a certified yoga teacher, I recognize the importance of holistic approaches to mental well-being and incorporate mindfulness-based practices into my therapeutic work. Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, I actively participate in further training courses and conferences to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
I am committed to empowering individuals to overcome challenges, foster resilience, and lead fulfilling lives.
