About me
Hello and welcome. I’m Paul, a therapist who works with men who are trying to make sense of things that still live in the body and the mind—experiences that may be hard to name, but continue to affect how you feel, relate, or move through life.
You might feel shut down, on edge, angry, numb, or like you're always holding something back. Together, we’ll explore what gets in the way of feeling safe, close to others, or fully yourself.
There’s no pressure to open up all at once. I offer a steady, respectful space where you can take your time. Therapy with me is about being heard without judgment, noticing what’s happening inside, and beginning to trust your own experience again.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to begin. I’ll walk with you.
Clinical Approach
My approach is grounded in Gestalt and person-centred therapy, with a strong focus on body awareness through Somatic Experiencing. This means we work gently and at your pace to notice what's happening in the present—emotionally, physically, and relationally—so we can begin to understand what gets in the way of feeling connected, safe, or fully alive.
