About me
Hello! I'm here to help you navigate through what you're going through. With over ten years of experience in psychology and dealing with psychological challenges, I'm confident in assisting you to improve your quality of life. We are shaped by our experiences, and the future can always be reshaped, especially with professional support.
I don't aim to change who you are but to add skills and perspectives, helping you cope with life's challenges and your past. My approach is research-based, offering proven methods to enhance your well-being. However, each person's journey is unique, and we'll explore together to find what works best for you.
Much of our suffering comes from avoiding short-term pain using strategies that result in more long-term distress. Consequently, we may feel less in control of our own lives. By seeking help, you've already begun a journey to regain a more active role, and I look forward to being a part of it.
Clinical Approach
I draw from an integrative approach, particularly influenced by Klaus Grawe, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and imaginary rescripting techniques (IRRT) to address the impact of trauma.
