Living with the impact of unwanted sexual experiences can be extremely difficult. Especially when you feel isolated and unable to tell people about what happened to you, because you don’t know what to say, or how they’ll respond, or if they’ll believe you.

Become part of our compassionate, supportive, and understanding community of survivors, where you can feel understood, heard, and encouraged. You are not alone. Your voice and your story matters..

No pressure

You can choose to have your camera on or off, and if you want to actively participate or sit back and follow along quietly. No pressure. It’s up to you how much you say, it’s important to feel comfortable.

Connect with other survivors for safe and anonymous support.

Camera on or off, you can talk and share with others, or you can just listen.

Good to know

Group sessions take place every 2 weeks for 6 sessions, online, and in English
Online support groups are hosted by Tom, a survivor and the founder of Hope for Men
Sessions are not therapy, but are designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can listen to and share experiences
Once started, groups are closed to new members to keep them feeling safe and familiar

Please note: sessions are for those aged 18 and above, and NOT suitable for people in crisis.
